Early hair appointments will be in our room at the host hotel. Later appointments will be at the venue. Please be aware of this when booking.

Appointment times will be sent out Friday 8th August. Please make sure if you change your contact details you inform us ASAP.

Please let us know if you have any of the following so we can adjust time needed or extra tools we may need to ensure you get the style you want using the contact us section and using you booking day and time as ref so we can find you on the system.

*Extra Long Hair

*Extensions / wefts

*Thinning Hair / Alopecia

*Any Scalp Conditions

*Asian / Afro Caribbean Hair

* Extremely Thick Hair

please note none of these are a concern but require further consulation so we can ensure you receive the best service and we keep to our schedule for others who are also booked in.

*Please only wash your hair 48hrs before your appointment and not again. Should you have naturally greasy hair the day before if fine but do not use a heavy conditioner as this effects your results greatly.

*Do not turn up with wet hair and please make sure it is brushed out prior to your appointment time.

*the use of conditioning treatments and oils within 48hours of your appointment can affect how your hair styles negatively. Please avoid these to get the maximum effect.

*if you do not turn up for your appointment time then no refund will be given. It also may be impossible to fit you in at a later time so please arrive 15mins early ready to wait for your turn.

*all early appointments are for pincurl appointments. You will be given a time to return to dress these out. Any appointments after 2pm are dressed out immediately unless you choose to do this yourself later with no assistance. 

**** and please 🙏 check yours or your children's head prior to your appointment for headlice. If we find evidence of infestation we will have no option but to terminate the service immediately without completing your look with no refund. This shuts down our full day and others will be left with no hairstylist for the show so ofcourse an explanation will have to be given. Whilst no names will be given we will not be held responsible if someone was to accuse you of this.

Apologies for all the clauses but due to previous encounters we have had no other option than to put these in place to protect yourselves, us and others who book with us.
