This September I will take to the tarmac and complete a 5km run in aid of 4Louis.

4Louis is an amazing charity supporting parents and families with infant and child loss. Their incredible work has seen not only memory boxes gifted to those going through the hardest time of their lives but also cuddle cots donated to hospitals. These cuddle cots cost thousands of pounds and give more time with their precious angels. 

They have a mission to get these into as many hospitals as possible and as their Ambassador, I want to help make this happen!
